The short version

anserolive answers your business phone. To do that it listens to the call, writes down what was said, and sends you a summary. That means we hold recordings of conversations between your callers and our software. This page explains exactly what we keep, why, and for how long.

Who we are

anserolive operates anserolive. For questions about anything on this page, write to support@anserolive.com.

If you are a customer

We hold what you gave us in order to run the service:

If you called a number we answer

You reached a business using anserolive. We are processing your call on that business's behalf, and the record of it belongs to them.

We capture:

You are told at the start of every call that it is recorded, before you are asked anything. If you would rather not be recorded, say so: the agent will arrange for a person to call you back instead and end the call.

To see what was kept about you, or to have it deleted, contact the business you called. They control the record. If you cannot reach them, write to support@anserolive.com and we will help identify them.

How long we keep it

Closing your account deletes your property records and call history within 30 days.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of processors, and no one else:

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We do not use your calls or your property records to train our own models.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to the production database is limited to the people who operate the service. Each account can only ever read its own calls, properties and settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to see, correct, export or delete what we hold, and to object to how we use it. Write to support@anserolive.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this page in a way that matters, we will email account holders before it takes effect.
